The bar at Hotel Holt is an old school gem nestled behind our reception area. This warm and sumptuous bar features plush leather armchairs, Persian rugs, and walls filled with portrait sketches by Kjarval, Iceland’s most beloved artist.
Come by and wind down by the fire and enjoy a whiskey in this, Reykjavík’s ultimate time capsule.

Tuesdays to Saturdays from 16:00 – 22:00h with Happy Hour from 16:00 – 18:00h
Outside the bar opening hours we’re happy to offer you a selection of our wines & beer menu served from our Front Desk.
Start your morning right with our delicious breakfast buffet, served among an impressive collection of Icelandic masterpieces. Choose from an array of fresh, local ingredients and enjoy a hearty meal before heading out for the day.
Breakfast is served daily between 7 and 10 A.M.
