Gourmet course a la chef de Cuisine
Offered exclusively at Hotel Holt - Gallery Restaurant
Objective of the course:
Participants learn to prepare a three course gala dinner as taught by our chef de cuisine, Friðgeir Ingi Eiríksson, without a lot of work, learn to explain and describe different flavours and enjoy them.
How:
- The course takes about 2-3 hours
- 8-10 participant per course
- All participants take part in preparation of a 3 course gala dinner; starter, main course and desert.
At the end of the course the group will enjoy their meal at the Gallery Restaurant
