Gourmet course a la chef de Cuisine
Offered exclusively at Hotel Holt - Gallery Restaurant
Objective of the course:
Participants learn to prepare a three course gala dinner as taught by our chef de cuisine, Friðgeir Ingi Eiríksson, without lot of work, learn to explain and describe different flavours and enjoy it.
How is it organized:
- The course takes about 2-3 hours
- 8-10 participant per course
- All participants take part in preparation of a 3 course gala dinner; starter, main course and desert.
At the end of the course the group will enjoy their meal at the Gallery Restaurant and additionally the group
will enjoy a wine tasting.
